Shipping/Membership Policy : We will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order and the payment some products may get delayed if they are customised or depending on the dispatch time. 

Cancellation Policy: If the order is cancelled before despatch of the order, full refund will be given. If the order is despatched, the courier charges will be deducted from the Payment made. For cancellation of orders you need to mail us at thepeppystore29@gmail.com with the Order ID.

Return Policy: We accept the return only if the product received is damaged or a wrong product is received. However we double check every time we send the product so be rest assured about the quality. 

Refund Policy: Money will be refunded for any return as per the return policy after deducting the courier charges.The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
